India has won the fourth ODI and with it the ODI series. West Indies has been predictably thrashed by a whopping margin of 153 runs. India takes the series 3-1 with one game to be played at Chennai on Sunday. The moment Sehwag crossed that double ton and India stacked up 418-5, the second innings was set to become a one-sided affair. And Indian spinners ensured the same.
This day shall be etched in cricket history in the name of Virender Sehwag. His 219 -- the highest individual score in ODI cricket, was an absolute treat to watch.
Viru was under lots of pressure, coming into the game on a lean trot, and how well he has slammed the door on his critics.
We must not forget Rahul Sharma's efforts. Though, it shall forever be in the shadows of the massive Sehwag innings. The leggie snared three wickets in three overs and had a wonderful first day in international cricket.

But that too came under the gloom of the morale-sapping double ton. The Windies must try to forget this day as soon as possible.
