In the Department of land-survey records of Ramanathapuram district, in the Survey record books, it is shown in page 287, that 12 Acres and 91 Ars were the upland boundaries of Ram-Sethu island. Like this several other authentic information were also told by the elderly people of Ramanathapuram.

It was told by the people, that the Tamil Nadu Government is purposely hiding the facts of land survey records, to continue the work in digging the canal work in Ram-Sethu. Even now the Ram-Sethu upland boundaries can visibly seen by all people with naked eye. In those days Ram with his monkey friends, surveyed the sea to construct a bridge between Srilanka and Dhanushkodi from several other sea-shore places like vedaranyam, Agasthiampalli and Pointcalimere. There are still several evidences available on those seashore areas. to confirm that Ram has come to that places.

Subha, who gave moral support to sacrifice her life on the anvil of some ideology and to end up annihilating other lives, was also a woman,” he said clarifying the issue factually. “It was not the case that Nalini was caught up in a sudden situation and became a mute comrade — the mind not towing the body. It was indeed the other way round. The part played by Nalini is a candid participation in the crime of conspiracy to assassinate Rajiv Gandhi who was himself a young popular leader so much loved and respected by his fellow citizens and had been PM of India,” Justice Quadri said. “Nalini, in spite of being an Indian citizen, joined the gang of conspirators and engaged herself in pursuit of common intention to commit crime only because she was infatuated by the love and affection developed for Murugan, and thus played her part in execution of the conspiracy which resulted in the assassination of Rajiv Gandhi and death of many police officers and innocent citizens including a small girl,” he said and agreed with Justice Wadhwa that she be awarded death penalty as there was no room for leniency, kindness and beneficence for Nalini in this case.

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Karunanidhi, in his question and answer statement on 19-4-2008, told that one side of people in Tamil Nadu are charging him with poisonous news about him. He says that because he was not belonging to the community of sacred thread people and the caste he was born is not from the face of God and since his caste belongs to people born from the feet of God. Is it justifiable for a Chief Minister like Karunanidhi to give a statement like this? You can see from this that how a Chief Minister is spreading the caste feeling among the people. Is it not the poisonous speech, which he is spreading among the people?

It is not known why he is having so much hatred with Brahmin people, even though more Brahmins were helped him in several ways. Rajaji (Rajagopalaxhari) allied his Swatantra Party with the DMK and in the 1967 assembly polls, and the DMK won 137 seats and its allies 20 more. Annadurai became the DMK's first chief minister.

Presiding over the valedictory function of a four-week intensive yoga programme for foreign students at the Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram here on Friday, Mr. Karunanidhi said though doctors had advised him against taking the stairs, he was able to climb 20 steps to reach the venue only because of daily yoga.
Yoga is a combination of physical exercises, breathing and meditation and made it easy for him to rise early morning and do some writing, he said. The praises he received from his yoga guru T.K.V Desikachar, founder of the Mandiram, meant more to him than the certificates he never got during his schooldays, he said, amidst applause from the audience. He said yoga helped in developing both physical and mental faculties.
The Mandiram had taken yoga to a global level through the efforts of those like Desikachar and his father Krishnamachari, he added.

‘In today’s Tamil world, some Tamil poets names keep appearing frequently. They are 1. Tholkappiyan. 2.Thiruvalluvan. 3. Kamban.

1. Tholkappian was an Aryan servant. The traitor gave as grammer all of Arya Dharma.
2. Thiruvalluvan. Without bothering about ‘Pagutharivu’, dominated by his own religious feeling supporting ‘Aryan thoughts’ offering something as sciptures.
3. Kamban, like to-days politicians and patriots, used his Tamil knowledge infavor of anti-tamil pappans, so proved himself as money minded Tamil traitor. He is a total Tamil liar fraud. He imagined himself to be a ‘Pappan’ and offered thoughts even a pappan would hesitate to offer. This traitor pushed the Tamils down permanently.

In Kudiyarasu dated 20-1-1929, he wrote further about Thiruvalluvar as: “we can see many things in his writing supporting Gods like Indran, Brahma and Vishnu and Arya religious practices and superstition such as reincarnation, Heaven, Hell, Upper world, souls, Devas, etc.”

These are the views of Thanthai Periyar about the great Tamil poets. Whether our D.M.K.leader Kalaignar Karunanidhi can explain, were Tholkappiar, Thiruvalluvar and Kambar are traitors of Tamil language? Whether they have not done anything for our Tamil language? Then why the gigantic Thiruvalluvar statue is standing at Kanyakumari Sea-shore? Then why the Valluvar Kottam in chennai?

It is said in the “Ramayana “ [Story of Ayodhya king Rama]. that Rama who was God himself –the embodiment of absolute Brahman-had to build a bridge to cross the sea to Ceylon. But Hanuman chanting in Rama’s name crossed the sea in one jump and reached the other side. He had an unbreakable faith with Rama’s name and there is no need of bridge for him. On the faith of a name impossible things are made possible.Therefore every person must have true faith and earnest longing, and then we will get everything by the Grace of God. From the Purana’s it was told that under the leadership of Lord Rama and with the help Vanara sena and Nala Ram-Sethu was constructed. We need not go the question of whether Ramar-Sethu really exists? What could be the big land mass bridging India and Sri-Lanka? Is it a geological formation? If not, who could make a massive earth or bridge on the sea, addressed “Adam’s Bridge’ by the British Rulers? One having faith on Lord Rama need not go to center of the sea for doing worship. He can do the worship on the seashore itself. That worship is being done in the Rameswaram Seashore on every day by thousand’s of Ram Baktha’s.

During this “Sarvadhari” Tamil New year day, we wish prosperous and Happy life for all the people in the world. Chithirai is the first month of the Tamil New year. It was told that Lord Brahma began the creation of Nature and life forms on earth. New year celebrations originated during the Chozha period. A month long “Indira Vizha” was celebrated during his period. The tamil calendar, incidently, is exclusively based on the movement of Sun. Chithirai Thirunal is the time when Sun enters the Mesha veedu [Aries] the first among the twelve places present in the elliptical orbit. During the first month in the Tamil calendar year , the sun is in exalted status. Therefore Sun was worshipped on this day.

Tamil New Year was celebrated on this ela venil kaalam [Spring], which concurs with the time when Sun enters Mesha House.

It is our duty to perform the Tamil New Years day on the first day of Chithirai Month, which was originated from the Tamil Chozha period.

Hi i am back again,giving my views on the on going ind vs sa test series.Today,the 1st day of the third test,we witnessed an absorbing day's play.South Africa ended the day score 265 losing all ten wickets.India did well to bowl them out.

For South Africa Smith and Amla came up with fifties.For India Ishanth sharma, and Harbhajan singh took 3 wickets each.Piyush Chawla getting a break into the eleven picked up 2 wickets.

In the morning Indian captain Anil kumble was ruled out of the test.Piyush chawla took his spot.Irfan made way for yuvraj singh.

At the end of first day neither team is in control of the match although india has a slight advantage.India's good work today will mean nothing if they dont gain a good lead in the first innings.The task is cut out for the batsmen.They just need to apply themselves and play and put runs on the board.

An interesting thing to note is that the pitch has been having variable bounce.so its highly important to score runs in first innings as it will become difficult to bat in the second innings.

There is a small and beautiful story behind this. Each and every thithi has karthaas (Head or Chief). Once, these two thithis - Ashtami and Navami went towards Thriuppaarkadal and questioned that these two thithis are not being accepted by any of the person in the Bhoolokam and thinks that these two were not used for any of the new business not new things being started during these days. But, on hearing this, Sriman Narayanan answered them that to explain the greatness of these thithis, he will be born in the earth, during these thithis. And as a result of this only, Sri Ramar was born in Navami and Sri Krishnar in Ashtami and the entire world is celebrating these two days as a great festival.

This great Sri Rama Navami falls during the month of Panguni (March 15 - April 15). This Navami festival in North India side is celebrated as Rama Leela for eight days prior to the Navami day and during these days, daily Parayanam of Sri Ramayanam, Rama Leela are done.
In south, the Rama Navami festival is celebrated not only in temples in a grand way but also it is celebrated in each and every house too.
How to perform Rama Navami Day Celebrations.?
During this day, we should clean our house, put the Kolam and place a photo of Sri Ramar Pattabhishekam on top of a wooden plate (Manai). Decorate the photo with various flowers. And now you can perform Archanai for Sri Ramar and after that you can chant some of the slokams from Sri Ramayanam.
Also, you can chant Sri Rama Nama and it is 100% evident that wherever the great Sri Rama Nama is expressed, Hanuman will enjoy that Nama and along with Sri Ramar, he will also bless us with his grace. More to this, by chanting the Sri Rama Nama, it is said that bhaktas will get the favour equivalent to that of the favour got by fasting. Adam Corolla,the 43-tear old professional comedian,and his dance partner,Julianne Hough took their last bough in the Dance reality show;Dancing With The Stars(DWTS).

It was unusual to see Julianne Hough who is a two-time champ,leave so early in the current season of DWTS.But who can blame the judges ....Adam Corolla didn't have it in him.As judge Len Goodman said :"You are such a lovable character that (we) just want you to do well, but unfortunately you're not much of a dancer",Adam Corolla was meant to stay with the "Loveline show with Dr.Drew".

Though Adam Corolla tried his best to keep their chances of advancing into the later stages alive,including his attempt to ride an unicycle in their final appearance,it wasn't enough to make it happen.

The duo's Paso Doble managed to amass only a meager 19/30 and drew little applause.

Adam Corolla's reactions after they were voted out turned out to be more surprising than their exit from the competition.Adam Corolla said these inspirational words to host Tom Bergeron:
"I wanna say I had the time of my life. I lost 20 pounds of fat and gained 105 pounds of angel. I love this girl. And I got to plug my movie The Hammer, in theaters now. So I recommend this experience to everyone who is scared of everything...We all don't get the opportunity to do Dancing With the Stars, but you at home, there's something that scares you. There's something that is your Dancing With the Stars. Embrace it. Don't run from it. Do it!"

when Julianne Hough was asked whether Adam Corolla ,like he said : “I feel like I let Julianne down.”,let her down. She replied : “He hasn’t let me down at all!", and said that she wouldn't be participating in future seasons of DWTS and would be pursuing her dream of being a country music singer.

Meanwhile the dance floors are ready to be charred by the fiery performances of the remaining competitors , who are pro footballer Jason Taylor, Olympic skater Kristi Yamaguchi, R&B singer Mario, and actors Shannon Elizabeth, Christian de la Fuente, Marlee Matlin,Priscilla Presley and Marissa Jaret Winokur.Steve Guttenberg, Monica Seles and Penn Jillette have already been eliminated.
